Brush the raw dough with a little olive oil. Place the topping on top of the dough and place about 3/4 inch of plain dough around the edges. Place in a very hot (450°F) oven and bake for 10-20 minutes. Time will vary depending on the thickness of the dough and the cooking time of the topping.
