In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add sausage and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and tomato sauce. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to medium low.
- Add mushrooms and bell pepper.
- Cook breakfast sausage in a saucepan with enough water to cover the sausage for 6-8 minutes. Then cook the sausage in a frying pan over medium heat for a few minutes until browned all over.
